India's first specialised hospital for elephants opens in Mathura

Now, in a jumbo attempt to preserve elephants, Wildlife SOS has launched India's first and fully equipped hospital dedicated to elephants in collaboration with Uttar Pradesh Forest Department.

India’s first specialized hospital for elephants was formally opened in Churmura village in Mathura district of Uttar Pradesh on 17th November. It has been established by Wildlife SOS   which had already promoted Elephant Conservation and Care Centre in 2010 .

The unique medical centre offers wireless digital X-ray, dental X-ray, laser treatment, thermal imaging, ultrasonography, hydrotherapy and quarantine . It is equipped with medical hoist for lifting elephants. It also has observation deck that allows veterinary students and interns to observe elephants’ behavior. 

 

DEVALUATION IN PETROL PRICES

Probably , Since the last one month i.e, October petrol prices have been eventually decreased by Rs.7.29

1) This reduction in petrol prices has been started from 18th October.

2) Recently , on 18th November Petrol prices  have been diminished by  20 paise.

3) Similarly on 18th November Diesel price have been degraded by 18 paise.

4) The downgrading in prices of petrol and diesel on 18th November is the 29th time in the devaluation of prices from last one month.
